A New Personal Best!

So as you all know, I am somewhat obsessed with stats. I keep an eye on mine daily, across a number of metrics, which sounds a lot fancier than it really is. But I have a new record that I can relay to you all! I have a new streak of consecutive days where I earned money from my books. From August 21st until October 25th each day I either had sales, page reads, or both. I don't know what my previous record was right off the top of my head, but I think it was around a month. It certainly wasn't 65 days!

Now obviously I had a book launch in that span of time, which certainly helped. But I've had launches before, and none of those launched spilled into such a string. So to say that I am pleased is a gross understatement. I mean, really this could have been a simple tweet, or facebook post, but I felt like it was justified making this a blog post. Just remember fellow creatives: you always have to be your biggest cheerleader, and I need to be doing better about that. So Toot Toot! This is me blowing my horn!
